Want to make your life juicier? Plus a fabulous fresh recipe!
Hello all!
I hope your week has gotten off to a brilliant start! We have had a crazy afternoon and night here in Perth with wild thunder, lightning and hail the size of snow balls ( and just as hard – ouch!!) bucketing down. Our power has been on and off all night and I even had to miss the last Discover Detox call! We had an awesome group for our first program for 2010 and we’ve already been getting great feedback…so glad you enjoyed it and got so much out of it lovely detoxing friends! For those of you who have been asking, there are another three live Discover Detox programs running this year, plus as some of you have said you just can’t wait for the scheduled dates to start, there is now a Detox-Me-Now option where you can sign up and begin your three week detox IMMEDIATELY! You can read the full details of both programs here.
Another bit of exciting news before I share a scrumptious recipe with you….the wonderful and wise Marlena Torres and I have masterminded another support program for those of you wanting to really kick your cleansing up a notch or five, but in an incredibly support intensive, guided and fun environment, as we fully realise and understand that these components are integral to your sucess and enjoyment. Let me introduce you to The Juicy Life! Whether you want a lighter, leaner body, to experience more energy and vitality, to feel happier and more enthused about life, or you want to improve your health, The Juicy Life caters to you.
The Juicy Life is a 16 day guided program which takes you into the wonderful world of juice fasting, whether that be many days of abundant juices and/or juices and blended foods, or whether it’s simply extending the period of time you juice a little longer each day while focusing on lighter eating to allow deeper cleansing in the most intelligent and efficient way possible. The Juicy Life allows you to participate at a level that is right for you and your goals, health and situation.
The point of the program is to give you all the support you need, along with community, education, fun, motivation and accountability, to go deeper into cleansing so that the benefit you receive is huge! This program is truly unique and offers so much more support and hand holding than other other program we know of in the realm of juice fasting. We understand that while you may want the best for your body and your health, it can be difficult in today’s demanding world to set yourself up for success with a cleansing program/lifestyle without the right level of guidance, support and the time to do it. So we have done all of this for you. All you need to do is participate along with us!
There are two options for The Juicy Life program:
1. You can participate in the next program which starts 6th of April, or
2. You can choose the Annual Membership option which gives you participation in all four of the programs over the next year so that you have four times set aside to make deeper cleansing (and thus your own health, happiness and vibrancy!) a priority. This option provides incredible value for money also as we want you to give yourself the best opportunity for outstanding health and energy. It’s what we love and are passionate about and we want to show you just how amazing life can be. Each time can be different from the last too…this is not an all or nothing program but rather a program that fosters self-love, self-development and self-trust while also providing greater levels of physical health.
You can read all about The Juicy Life and secure your spot for the program beginning in two weeks at www.lifeisjuicy.com.
Now for that yummy recipe….
Earlier this week I concocted this little gem of a sauce/dip. I enjoyed mine over kelp noodles with salad vegetables tossed through it as you can see in the photo below. You could enjoy it over spiralised zucchini noodles, over spiralised beetroot and carrot as a simple but colourful salad, over baby greens with some fresh corn and spring onion tossed through it, or as a delicious dip for vegetable crudites or raw or baked corn chips. Let me know if you get the chance to try it and any variations you make which capture your taste buds.
Sweet Chilli Dip/Sauce
2 small or 1 large red capsicum/bell pepper
2 tomatoes
2 sundried tomatoes
1/2 avocado
Juice of half a lemon
1/8-1/4 small hot chilli dependent on size (or chilli powder to taste) – you can omit this if you like
Sea salt to taste
Chop the capsicum, tomatoes and sundried tomatoes and place in the bottom of a blender. Add the other ingredients on top and blend until creamy. Simple and divine. Enjoy!
Love,
Casey
