Dips and Sauces
Sunshine Seed Dip
4 stalks celery, roughly chopped
1/4 red onion
1/2 bunch fresh parsley
1/2 bunch fresh dill
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/3 carrot, roughly chopped
Juice of ½ lemon
1 teaspoon dulse flakes
Himalayan crystal salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Optional: pinch of cayenne pepper
Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender until thick and well combined. You might need to add another tablespoon of lemon juice or pure water to get the mixture to blend. Enjoy in cos lettuce or cabbage wraps, with a big raw salad or on raw crackers.
